With an intense input noticed a feeling of space and volume. The acidity keeps it fresh throughout the palate and stays until the end of which stands out as long saline.
We are proud to present a rare and uncommon variety throughout our country. Coming from a farm with over 50 years, for the first time we have managed to produce experimentally and publicize this Xarel·lo Vermell.
This variety comes from the genetic mutation of our most typical variety: the Xarel·lo. In early August, the plant begins to produce color in the skin of the grapes, leaving as a result, a dark red on them. It is an intense wine on the palate, broad and very fresh, ideal based on fish, seafood, paella, noodle or rice dishes.
