For many years, the capital of Vallès Oriental watched how La Perla de Xixona (also known as Pla Sirvent, one of the most historical locals town) conquered the palates of their neighbors. Nougat processors since 1933, his specialty was the "horchata" and nougat, especially burnt yolk.
