Very purplish color beacuse its youth and with a low color intensity due to the variety as well. After a cold skin soaking, in nose we can find the characteristic flavours of cherry jam, berries. As long as the wine is stirred in the glass it appears a lactic and toasty flavour produced by the french oak aging. In mouth a sweety, soft and elegant starting makes it more complex. At the end, become subtile, nice with a creamy and toasty vanilla flavour.
A wine suitable to pair with dishes like fresh pasta, grilled vegetables, grilled blue fish, grilled white meats otherwise fully suitable for semi-cured cheeses. And at least take it by glasses to discover it slowly.
